 Sub: Notification No.14/2007 dated 2.4.2007 - New Format of ST 3 Return

Copy of the Notification No.14/2007 dated 2.4.2007 is communicated herewith for information and necessary action.

q       This Notification amends the ST3 Form, the Return of Service Tax

q       The new format of ST3 Return is given from pages 2 to 7.

q       Elaborate instructions on filling up of the Return is given in pages 8 to 11.

q       The list of Services is given in page 12-13.

q       The Revised ST3 Form should be used to file Return for the Half year ending March 2007, by April 25^th.

All the Trade Associations are requested to bring the contents of the Trade Notice to the attention of their members in particular, and the Trade and all others concerned in general.
